MCT Driver Requirements

A Class A CDL and 21 years of age or older.  Driver Training program with tuition reimbursement for recent grads, or Experienced CDL Drivers with 6+ months OTR experience in the past 12 months, or 1 year experience in the past 3 years.

Good MVR no more than 2 tickets in the past 12 months, or 3 tickets in the past 3 years.  No Serious violations in the past 5 years.  Allow 2 minor accidents in past 3 year, No DUI / DWI’s in the past 5 years. No pets allowed.

MCT Transportation is hiring company truck drivers for OTR in the following states: AL, AR, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MD, MN, MS, MO, NE, NC, OH, OH, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WI

Home Time depends on whether regional or OTR.  OTR drivers are guaranteed home every 14 – 18 days, regional drivers are home more frequently.
