Super Service Requirements
Class A CDL and at least 21 years of age with a minimum of 6 months of OTR experience in the past 3 years, or a recent graduate of a truck driving school.
A good MVR with no more than 3 tickets or 3 minor accidents in the last 3 years, No Serious DOT violations, No DUI / DWI’s or Careless / Reckless charges in the past 3 years.

Super Service Company Drivers
We are hiring Solo, and Teams for the following: Dedicated, Midwest Regional, Southeast Regional, OTR, Driver Trainers, and Team Driving.
Home time for our Truck Drivers can vary from Dedicated home frequently, Regional home weekly, or OTR and out 12 days.
Competitive pay scale for Solo and Team drivers, with 1 cpm extra for Hazmat loads, Sign On Bonus, Detention Pay, Layover Pay, and Extra Stop Pay.

Super Service Owner Operators
We are hiring Owner Operators for OTR, Regional, or Team Driving.
As an Owner Operator there is no forced dispatch, and you are paid a base mileage rate per mile, or 70% of the revenue plus 100% of the fuel surcharge. We also pay 1 cpm extra for Hazmat loads.
We also provide paid plates, permits, tolls, fuel card, weekly settlements, and fuel savings at approved truck stops nationwide. Trucks must meet DOT inspection.
