Class A CDL and at least 21 years of age with 1+ year of OTR tractor trailer experience in the last 3 years.
A good MVR with no more than 3 tickets or 3 accidents in the last 3 years, No DUI / DWI’s in the past 5 years. Criminal charges must be 5+ years old.

Variant Truck Driving Jobs
Variant is hiring Company Truck Drivers, and Teams for OTR driving in 48 states. Drivers are home every 12 days with 2 days off, or can stay out longer for more miles, pay, and home time.
Truck Drivers average 2,500+ miles per week, with a competitive pay scale based on experience, plus extra stop pay, detention pay, layover pay, and Hazmat Bonus pay. We reimburse the cost for Hazmat up to $100. We allow Riders, and Pets for OTR Drivers. Excellent Benefit package including multiple Medical Plans, Dental, Vision Care, Life, Disability, and 401K after 60 days of employment.
